Flex Classes

Group sessions are great for those who need to work on general strength, flexibility and fitness, and also for those who want to maintain what they have already achieved. You Physiotherapist will need to assess you first and decide on the best treatment plan with you to suit your needs.


  • Rugby rehab : suitable for those who play rugby or football and need supervised Physio sessions, but don’t need 1:1 anymore. e.g. after surgery/ injury.
  • Strength and flex : suitable for the more mature clients. Aimed at strengthening muscles and keeping joints flexible. Also appropriate after surgery.
  • Core stability: suitable for those who are recovering from injuries or spinal pain and still require supervised exercises.
