Siobhan qualified in Physiotherapy from the Manchester School of Physiotherapy in 1999. After gaining initial experience in the NHS, she volunteered at a Specialist Orthopaedic Hospital in South Africa, treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions. This international experience enriched her expertise before she returned to the NHS for several years.
In 2006, Siobhan furthered her education in Perth, Western Australia, completing a Master’s in Manual Therapy while working in both hospital and private practice settings. This broadened her experience in musculoskeletal care and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
Since returning to North Wales, Siobhan has worked across NHS and private practice environments, combining clinical experience with specialist skills. She currently works part-time as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS, managing complex musculoskeletal conditions and specialising in shoulder rehabilitation, collaborating closely with shoulder surgeons. Siobhan has a special interest in menopause-related musculoskeletal pain.
Siobhan has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasound from Brunel University and is a qualified acupuncturist. She is fluent in Welsh, allowing her to provide care in patients’ preferred language.
Outside of work, Siobhan is passionate about the outdoors, particularly open water swimming, and enjoys balancing family life as a mother of three with her occasional participation in sprint triathlons.

Moyra qualified in Physiotherapy in 1992 in Ireland and has since worked internationally, including in New Orleans and Wales, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She completed her MSc in Manual Therapy at Manchester University in 2004.
Moyra works across both private practice and the NHS as an advanced practitioner physiotherapist, assessing and managing complex cases using her clinical expertise alongside diagnostic imaging. Her extensive experience has developed her expert assessment and treatment skills, including joint and soft tissue mobilisations, manipulation, acupuncture, strength and conditioning, and sport and exercise rehabilitation.
She has a lifelong connection to sport, having participated in athletics, camogie, and Gaelic football, and continues to engage in strength training, gym work, and running, giving her valuable insight into managing the ageing athlete. Moyra has a special interest in menopause-related musculoskeletal pain and is the menopause champion for BCUHB therapies.
Moyra actively keeps up to date with advances in musculoskeletal medicine. Her recent CPD includes Strength and Conditioning for Therapists, Lateral hip and buttock pain course, Anterior hip and groin pain, and an update in Tendinopathy rehabilitation, with world-leading researchers such as Dr Pete Malliaras and Dr Alison Grimaldi. She is a member of Dr Grimaldi’s worldwide hip academy and has a special interest in osteoarthritis management, currently serving as a co-investigator in a national osteoarthritis study.
She is also a qualified acupuncturist and a Welsh learner..
Tomos Oliver BSc, MSc Physiotherapy, HCPC, CSP

Tomos is a highly experienced physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal medicine and sports injuries, with extensive experience in high-level sports, the NHS, and private practice.
He holds a BSc in Strength and Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage from Cardiff, where he worked with professional and international rugby teams and weightlifters, and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Sheffield University. These complementary qualifications allow him to treat a wide range of patients, from sedentary individuals to elite athletes.
Tomos has held senior roles in both the NHS and private sector, managing patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, work-related disorders, inactivity-related problems, and chronic pain. He has extensive experience in clinical assessment and treatment, including joint and soft tissue mobilisation and sport and exercise rehabilitation.
In his NHS role, Tomos is involved in a national osteoarthritis trial, delivering the intervention and contributing to research into effective management strategies.
With a strong background in rugby, strength & conditioning, weight training, and CrossFit, Tomos applies his practical experience to help patients return to play safely and efficiently. He is fluent in Welsh and English, and in his spare time can often be found at the CrossFit gym.
